Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By using the website concretecontractorgreenville.com (the "Site") or by engaging Precision Greenville Concrete ("we," "us," or "our") for any concrete contracting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who use the Site or contract for services. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Precision Greenville Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services, including but not limited to driveway construction, patio construction, foundation work, flatwork, stamped concrete, retaining walls, and related services in Greenville, NC and surrounding areas.
The content on the Site is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, guarantee, or commitment to perform services until a written agreement or signed estimate is in place.
All prices are based on a written estimate provided after an on-site assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change if site conditions, project scope, or material costs differ materially from those assumed at the time of the estimate.
Any changes to the project scope after an estimate is accepted - including additions, modifications, or removal of work - must be agreed to in writing by both parties before additional work begins. We will not perform out-of-scope work without authorization.
Any verbal quotes or estimates provided informally are not binding and are subject to confirmation in a written estimate after an on-site review.
Project start dates are scheduled at the time of agreement and are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the agreed schedule. Delays caused by weather, permit processing, material supply issues, or other factors outside our control will not constitute a breach of contract.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may result in a fee to cover crew scheduling and material costs already incurred.
We reserve the right to cancel or delay a project start due to unsafe working conditions, including weather events, site hazards, or access issues beyond our control.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or contract. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is due at the time of project completion unless a different schedule is agreed to in writing. If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at the maximum rate permitted under North Carolina law.
In the event that collection action is required to recover unpaid amounts, you agree to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, as permitted by applicable law.
Where required by local ordinance or regulation, we will obtain applicable permits before work begins. The cost of required permits will be included in or added to your written estimate.
You are responsible for ensuring that your property has clear access for our crew and equipment, and that any property line, easement, or HOA restrictions relevant to the project have been reviewed before work begins. We are not liable for work that must be modified or removed because of restrictions you failed to disclose.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any warranty coverage will be specified in your written project agreement. Workmanship warranties do not cover damage caused by factors outside our control, including - but not limited to - acts of nature, flooding, ground movement from causes unrelated to our work, improper use of the completed surface, or modifications made by third parties after project completion.
Concrete is a natural material subject to hairline cracking, minor surface variation, and color variation during the curing process. These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects unless they exceed industry standards as defined by the American Concrete Institute.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION ON THE SITE.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Greenville Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from services performed under any project agreement.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a project shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific project. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for personal injury or certain other damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Site to transmit spam, harmful content, or any content that violates applicable law. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
All content on the Site - including text, images, and logos - is owned by Precision Greenville Concrete or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
If a dispute arises between you and Precision Greenville Concrete related to any project or these terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, either party may pursue resolution through mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent ongoing harm.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms or our services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in North Carolina.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
